Senior Assistance Program for Code Violations (COSA)
This initiative helps residents ages 65 and older and disabled individuals with confirmed violations in these categories: 1.) overgrown vegetation (lawn or alley maintenance); 2.) outside placement, trash, or debris; and 3.) tree removal or trimming if it poses a hazard. Our goal is to help senior citizens and/or disabled address these violations before they become citations that accrue fees. Each household can access this program a maximum of two times per year.
