Empowered Choices Part 1: Navigating Advance Care Planning is an engaging, interactive Willow Workshop® where you will:
● Learn the impact of dignity and autonomy on end-of-life care decisions.
● Better understand advanced care planning and why it’s so important.
● Explore who should speak on your behalf if you cannot make healthcare or personal care decisions for yourself.
● Learn why conversations with your representatives matter, and how to have them with confidence.
● Leave feeling empowered, at peace, and more connected to those who matter most.
