The SAHS mission is to protect and improve the lives of dogs and cats through sheltering, medical care, adoption, rescue, spay/neuter programs, and community education.

El Rey Fido began in 2002 as a feel-good spin on the long-standing Fiesta® Royalty title El Rey Feo!

The top fundraising pup will be crowned El Rey Fido XXIV, with four runner-ups joining the Royal Court:
• Prince/Princess of the Food Bowl
• Duke/Duchess of the Chew Toy
• Duke/Duchess of the Fire Hydrant
• Knight/Maiden of the Royal Court

The Royal Court will be dressed in true royal fashion-velvet, sequins, and all!
