The Phenomenon Winter Resource & Leadership Festival is a community-centered event designed to bring families, students, and partners together for a day of resources, leadership, and holiday celebration.

🎶 Performances & Storytime: Enjoy youth performances, a bilingual reading of Pasko sa Bahay ni Lola in Tagalog and English, and cultural showcases courtesy of Nanay’s Bakery
🎟️ Workshops & Raffles: Learn in mini-sessions on leadership, financial basics, and education, then enter raffles for gift cards and donated goods.
