DESCRIPTION:This FREE program offers a helpful setting where participants work together in a small group to learn about healthier eating and more physical activity to help lower their risk of developing diabetes. The program\, which is led by a trained Lifestyle Coach in a classroom setting\, is delivered over 12-months\, beginning with 16 weekly sessions followed by 6 bi-weekly & 3 monthly sessions. \nIt is beneficial to attend as many classes as possible\, but if you’re unable to make all of them/attend consistently\, don’t let that stop you from dropping in to learn.
