DESCRIPTION:San Antonio ISD has partnered with Texas Grandparents Raising Grandchildren! The TXGRG support groups offer resources for families\, with a special focus on grandparents and caregivers raising their grandchildren or family members in a kinship-type situation full-time with or without legal support. \nThese groups will raise awareness of community resources\, provide grandparenting and kinship education\, program/social service agency awareness\, and identify opportunities for families to network and build community. \nNovember Theme: Supporting Children’s Mental Health – Discover tools and resources to help grandchildren cope with stress\, anxiety\, and big emotions in healthy ways.
