DESCRIPTION:Arnold Elementary invites the community to its annual Eagle Fest! \nBring the family for an early evening of fun\, games\, food\, and music! Proceeds go back to our Arnold students for programming and more. \nWristbands will be sold at the door for $15\, and include a hot dog\, water\, one admission to the petting zoo\, one face painting session\, and one chance at the pet fish game! All other food items and activities are $1 each!

DESCRIPTION:San Antonio ISD has partnered with Texas Grandparents Raising Grandchildren! The TXGRG support groups offer resources for families\, with a special focus on grandparents and caregivers raising their grandchildren or family members in a kinship-type situation full-time with or without legal support. \nThese groups will raise awareness of community resources\, provide grandparenting and kinship education\, program/social service agency awareness\, and identify opportunities for families to network and build community. \nNovember Theme: Supporting Children’s Mental Health – Discover tools and resources to help grandchildren cope with stress\, anxiety\, and big emotions in healthy ways.
